ShippingWe deliver products using RED Express Parcel Deliveries, Couriers Please, Australian Post and or TNT Express Deliveries. We aim to ship all orders, where products are in stock, within 48 Business hours of receipt of order. Shipping times are estimated at between up to 7 business days (in Australia) depending on your location and are subject to the limitations of our third party carriers. All risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when we dispatch the products unless you have opted for Parcel Protection (additional costs apply depending on destination). If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 5 business days.
Costs in AustraliaFor larger quantities, the costs would increase to the small to medium parcel rates
Small parcels (under 500 grams) will cost $9.95 anywhere in Australia and the amount of merchandise that can be fitted into these Parcel Post Satchels is dependent on the overall size of the order. As a guide a hardback book would fit whereas a shoe box would not.
Medium to Large size parcels are those larger than ‘Small’ and are less than 20 kilos in weight. As a guide to size, it should be able to be lifted by a single person of any gender. Delivery to most destinations in Australia is $14.95 unless the only delivery access is by air. Surcharges may apply for such air shipments.
International ShippingThe Neighbourhood Watch Shop will send goods to overseas destinations however the cost of shipping will need to be advised on application.
Parcel Protection Parcel Protection is an option you may take to protect your products while they are in transit to you. If your products do not arrive and there has been no activity on the tracking schedule for four business days, contact us and we will endeavour to track them down. Upon confirmation from the courier that they cannot locate the parcel or provide us with proof of delivery, we will ship your order again. Parcel Protection also covers items that arrive damaged in transit. In such events advise us within three days of receipt of delivery and email or post a photograph of the damage to verify it occurred in transit. Once we receive the damaged product back and we confirm the fault we will have a replacement shipped out. If we cannot replace the item, we will provide you with a full refund. Please enquire as to the cost of the Parcel Protection at the time of ordering.
