Picking up of an order may be arranged by appointment as the Neighbourhood Watch Shop is an ‘online facility’. Orders being picked up may be paid by EFTPOS, credit card, cheque, money order or cash.

Shipping and Delivery PolicyWe deliver products using Couriers Please, Australia Post and or TNT Express Deliveries. We aim to ship all orders as soon as possible, where products are in stock, occassionally we can get behind but generally orders are dispatched within 7-14 days. Shipping times will vary depending on the customer's location in relation to our warehouse in Mount Barker 5251 South Australia. All risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when we dispatch the products unless you have opted for Parcel Protection (additional costs apply depending on the order destination and the value of the order). Parcel ProtectionParcel Protection is an option you may take to protect your products while they are in transit to you. If your products do not arrive and there has been no activity on the tracking schedule for four business days, contact us and we will endeavor to track them down. Upon confirmation from the courier that they cannot locate the parcel or provide us with proof of delivery, we will ship your order again. Parcel Protection also covers items that arrive damaged in transit. In such events advise us within three days of receipt of delivery and email or post a photograph of the damage to verify it occurred in transit. Once we receive the damaged product back and we confirm the fault we will have a replacement shipped out. If we cannot replace the item, we will provide you with a full refund.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Warranty Protection is a vital part of ony online purchase and it is important to know that your purchase is covered by a warranty should something malfunction. Many products in the Shop will have thier own specific warranty certificate or statement that will be included with the product when you purchase it. It may also be stated on the Shop website where the item is described. Failing any specific warranty that may come with the product, the Neighbourhood Watch Shop warrants the items being sold for three (3) months. A warranty against defects is provided in addition to consumer guarantees and does not limit or replace them.
Warranties issued by the Neighbourhood Watch Shop may be in addition to warranties offered by the Manufacturer of products sold in our Shop. Where there is no written manufacturers warranty included with your purchase, The Neighbourhood Watch Shop ("NHWS") shall offer the consumer a three (3) month warranty from the date of purchase. The NHWS warrants the goods to be free of manufacturing defects and in the event that one does occur, the Shop will at its own descretion provide either a repair or a replacement of the product to an equal or greater value.
Should you feel your product may be defective, cease using the goods and contact the Shop to arrange for a 'Goods Return Authority' ("GRA"). No product will be accepted back without a GRA clearly marked on the outside of the return. Please include a copy of your purchase reciept or invoice as well as a note describing the symptoms that made you feel the product might be defective. Should a product not be found defective, the item will be returned to the owner at thier expense. In the event that the goods are found to be defective the Shop shall repair or replace the item at its descretion and return the item to you free of charges including delivery.
Errors and Omissions Excepted (E&OE) or UnavailabilityWhere a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with an incorrect description or image due to typographical error or similar genuine mistake, we reserve the right to cancel the relevant transaction and offer the product to you again at the correct price and or with the correct information. Where your credit card has been charged, we will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount debited. Where a product is out of stock or is temporarily unavailable, we will endeavor to dispatch the product as soon as practical after we receive it from our supplier. Where a product becomes permanently unavailable, we will cancel the relevant order and where your credit card has been charged, we will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount debited. We will attempt to contact you to let you know before this is to occur.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product we will happily exchange, replace or refund your money if the product is returned within 30 days. We do not pay for the item to be returned but if we will pay the return to customer's address.
